Established in 2018, Introducing Himalayan style dumplings called MoMo, a native & staple dish of Nepal, Tibet, & Bhutan. Our assortment of MoMo are made from locally-thoughtfully-sourced ingredients, followed by our family recipes for an authentic and unique taste, these protein packed, more than a bite size MoMo are served with signature homemade sauces. Our additional selections from the menu are all authentic Himalayan dishes prepared fresh from scratch with the secret ingredient called LOVE. The executive chefs are my lovely parents and I am the sous-chef, line/prep cook, their daughter. Food for Every Mood
HIMALAYAN CHICKEN BOWL
Dad's recipe served at home, originally prepared with bone-in chicken and extra hot for the family dinners. This dish is simply called Himalayan Chicken Bowl, made with Creamy Chunky Chicken (boneless), mildly spiced, served over brown or white jasmine rice and freshly sauteed garlicky broccoli (immune boosting greens).
Sherpa's Power Bowl - Grass-fed beef bone broth with egg noodle, topped with pan-seared pulled chicken. Garnished with scallion or cilantro. A side of sesame & carrot relish, chili sauce with this Himalayan style Ramen so to say.
DAL BHAT - EVEREST PLATTER
Saying in the Himalayas goes " Dal-Bhat Power 24 Hour". A national dish of Nepal and Sherpa's platter of choice en route to Mt.Everest. Hence, the dish rightfully is called Everest platter, it is served with steamed jasmine rice brown or white, lentil soup, Himalayan style curried dishes, freshly sauteed garlicky greens & fermented daikon ( white radish).
STEAMED PASTURE-RAISED CHICKEN MOMO (LOCAL)
Served with cool-soupy-sesame based sauce also know as Jhol MoMo.
